摘  要:大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂混合二甲苯分离装置的乙苯分离系统,经过重新理论计算,改变了乙苯产品的抽出位置和乙苯塔的进料口位置,进一步确定了回流比,优化操作条件,解决了装置开工后乙苯产品质量长时间不合格的老大难问题。不但开工初期乙苯产品质量达到合格的时间可缩短一半,节省了大量的开工费用,而且产品质量显著提高,基本上杜绝了废品现象。经过半年多的生产考验,证明这项技术改造是可行的、合理的。该项技术措施投资少、见效快,产品质量高且稳定,经济效益显著。Theoretical calculations are carried out for the ethyl benzene (EB) tower of the mixed xylene separation unit of Daqing General Petrochemical Works. Based on the cal- culation the EB draw-off and feed plates are relocated, the reflux ratio further determined and operating conditions optimized. As a result, the long existing problem of producing off- specification EB is solved. Not only the start-up period for EB product to meet the specifica- tion is shortened by half, representing a big save in operating cost, but also the quality of EB product is significantly enhanced, basically putting an end to off-specification EB. Half-year commercial operation has confirmed that this revamping is rational and feasible,which has the merits of low cost, easy to implement, high and stable product quality and significant profit.
