摘 要:本文叙述国产YS-4型银催化剂在年产6万t乙二醇装置上的使用及对使用该催化剂的技术经济的评估。该催化剂于1989年开始使用,初期考核全部指标达到使用要求,其选择性略高于国外同类产品H-12催化剂。3年的运转结果表明,YS-4型催化剂运转负荷比H-12催化剂高15%以上,即3年多产近3万t乙二醇的情况下,使用3年后,YS-4型催化剂选择性从81.3%降至78.0%,反应温度从237C升至248C,而H-12催化剂选择性从81.3%降至74.0%,反应温度从238C升至258C,证明YS-4催化剂的活性和稳定性都优于H-12催化剂。在3年期间内,使用YS-4催化剂比H-12催化剂多得利润5000万元。This paper presents the application of YS-4 silver catalyst for producing ethlene glycol as well as its economical evaluation. The catalyst is used in a plant with a ca- pacity of 60 thousand tons of ethylene glycol per year. Preliminary evaluation indicates that YS-4 thoroughly meets the user's requirements. Its selectivity is higher than that of the for- eign made H-12 silver catalyst. Three years operation shows that the productivity of YS-4 is 15 percent higher than that of H-12,i. e., the output of ethylene glycol has incresed by some 30 thansand tons. During that time the selectivity of YS-4 has decreased from 81.3 to 78.0 percrnt while that of H-12 from 81.3 to 74.0 percent. The reaction temperature of YS-4 has increased from 237℃ to 248℃ while H-12 from 238℃ to 258℃. It clearly shows that both the activity and stability of YS-4 are higher than those of H-12. Economical evaluation indi- cates that the use of YS-4 in the place of H-12 yields some 50 million yuans profit in 3 years.
