内燃机油轻质基础油对油品成焦板成焦性能的影响

摘　　要：对多级内燃机油轻质基础油对成焦板(25B-19型试验机)成焦性能的影响进行了考察。轻质基础油在成焦板上出现的成焦过多(连续溅油试验)和靠上(间歇溅油试验)的现象,是由于轻质基础油在高温板面上热挥发损失造成的。通过对板面溅油分布和油品热失重情况的测定,进一步证实了上述观点。在此基础上,还试验了温度、时间对油品成焦、成漆性能的影响。对用成焦板试验机评价轻质基础油的油品成焦、成漆性能的适宜条件提出了几点看法。The effect of base stock on the residual carbon forming tendency of the multi—grade engine oils has been investigated.For engine oils containing light base stock, the phenomena of coking too much (continuous test) and coking on the upper section of the plate (run and off test) on the coker (25B-19,Japan) are mainly due to the evaporation of the light base stock on the coker plate.Experiments,such as the measurement of distribution of spraying oil on the coker plate,TG test and so on,support this viewpoint.In addition,the ef- fects of experimental temperature and time on the cokablity of multi-grade engine oils are studied.
