摘　　要：多边外交是中国总体外交的重要组成部分 ,新中国成立以来的多边外交呈现出逐步发展的态势。联合国作为国际多边外交最主要的场所 ,在中国多边外交活动 ,特别是 80年代后的多边外交活动中占有不可替代的位置。中国的多边外交既重视国际性的政府间组织和各种全球性的会议 ,也重视区域性组织和会议 ,同时还日益关注非政府组织和各类多边论坛 ,具有涉及领域宽广、方式多样 ;注重维护发展中国家的根本利益 ;Multi lateral diplomacy is a constituent part of China′s overall diplomacy. Since the founding the PRC its multi lateral diplomacy has steadily developed. The United Nations has played an irreplaceable role in China′s multi lateral diplomacy, especially since the 1980s. China′s view of this diplomacy stresses international inter governmental organizations and global conferences; it also stresses regional organizations and conferences. Increasingly, China′s multi lateral diplomacy also concerns non government organizations and a variety of forums. This diplomatic activity helps to expand China′s spheres, encourage diversity, protect the interests of developing countries, and enhance national influence.
