摘　　要：用数理统计方法对钻井泵泵阀阀体、阀座的使用寿命进行了分析,得到阀体、阀座的使用寿命分布规律服从于二参数威布尔分布。认为泵阀的失效过程通常是先产生冲击疲劳磨损,后形成冲蚀破坏,整个失效过程又是以冲击疲劳为主。The authors analyze the service life of the valve and valve seat of a drill pump by mathe matieal statistics,figure out that the distribution of the service life of valve and valve seat accords with two-parameter weibull distribution,and think that the failure of the pump valve is caused first and foremost by impact fatigue wear and afterwards by destructive erosion.
