摘　　要：介绍了图书馆参考咨询工作的现状和基本功能,论述了网络条件下图书馆参考咨询工作的特点及现阶段我国参考咨询工作的发展动态。This paper introduces present situation and the basic functions of libraries' reference and consulting work, discusses the characteristics of reference and consulting work under network condition and the developments of libraries' reference and consulting work in the present stage in China.
