摘  要:钽酸锂晶体(LiTaO3)是一种典型的非化学计量比晶体,通常使用的同成分LiTaO3的n(Li)∶n(Ta)约为48.6∶51.3.从同成分熔体中提拉生长同成分LiTaO3,采用同步辐射白光形貌术对同成分LiTaO3的完整性进行分析,结果表明:同成分LiTaO3中存在较多的小角晶界.讨论了小角晶界在晶体中的分布,分析了其形成原因和改进方法;同时采用同步辐射白光形貌术进一步观察到同成分LiTaO3中组分不均匀,采用DTA(差热分析法)分析组分不均匀区域,结果显示组分不均匀区域的Curie(居里)温度不同,这表明晶体中Li+分布不均匀.LiTaO3 crystal is kind of typical non-stoichiometric crystal,and t he generally used one is congruent crystal with / ratio of about 48.6/51 .3. This paper studied on perfection of LiTaO3 crystal which is grown with Czoch ralski method from a congruent melt by white-beam synchrotron radition topograp hy. The result showed that lots of sub-grain boundary in CLT. The paper describ ed distributing of sub-grain boundary in CLT and the reason to form it, and gav e a method to improve it. Areas in crystal that component was not uniformity wer e also observed,and analysed with DTA method. The result showed different areas had a Curie temperature. So the uniformity of lithium oxide distributing in crys tal can be estimated.
