摘　　要：介绍了大庆石化总厂U型催化裂化装置大比例掺炼焦化蜡油的运行情况。通过对焦化蜡油作催化裂化原料裂化性能的认识,阐述了U型催化裂化装置加工焦化蜡油应采取的技术措施,即对装置进行扩大再生能力的技术改造、采取适当的焦化蜡油掺炼方式、优化操作条件、搞好原料调合保证掺炼比例均匀、采用新技术等,使焦化蜡油掺炼量达到20～30％,实现了大比例掺炼,为提高工厂的经济效益,起到了很大的作用,并为今后装置掺炼焦化蜡油提供了经验及供国内同类装置参考。This paper presents the operation of an U-type FCCU which processes a feedstock that contains a large portion of heavy coker gas oil (CGO). With a deeper under- standing of the crackability of CGO, technical measures are taken place, including: modifica- tion of the regenerator to increase its coke burning capacity, appropriate blending of CGO into the feedstock, optimizing the operation conditions, etc., so that 20～30% of CGO can be blended into the feedstock. This operation is very effective for increasing the profit of the refinery and can be referential to other domestic refineries.
