西部地区土地资源可持续利用的对策研究

摘　　要：西部开发的重点是资源的优化配王与合理利用,西部地区拥有土地面积540万km2,占全国土地总面积的56%左右。因此,如何实现土地资源的可持续利用是西部资源开发与合理利用的关键。本文从土地资源可持续利用的含义契入,概括了西部土地资源的基本现状,分析了土地资源利用中存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策。One important thing in development of the so - called ' western China region' is the optimal allocation and reasonable exploitation of its land resources, which covers 540,000 km2, 56% of the total area in China. Thus the sustainable development of the land resources is the crux of development and reasonable utilization of all the resources in the western region. In this paper, the authors starts with the definition of the sustainable development of land resource, then summarize its status quo and some problems in land utilization, finally propose the counter-measures.
