摘　　要：对水利工程投资进行合理分摊是正确计算各部门效益的前提,同时也为水利建设项目决策提供了科学依据。本文运用多人合作对策理论,建立了桃林口水库投资分摊的多人合作对策模型,并采用二次规划方法对模型进行了求解,得出了比较合理的投资分摊结果。The reasonable share of water project investment is the prere quisite of calculating every sectors benefit,besides,it provides the scientific basis for policy decision. The paper sets up the countermeasure model of many men cooperation for investment share of Taolinkou reservoir with many men cooperation theory,the solution of this model is found by secondary planning method,the rational result of investment share is got.
