摘 要:目的 观察膦甲酸钠治疗慢性乙型肝炎及其对HBV DNA的影响。方法 46例慢性乙肝患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (给予膦甲酸钠注射液和一般护肝药物 ) 2 4例 ,对照组 (仅给一般护肝药物 ) 2 2例。疗程均为 2 8d。观察膦甲酸钠治疗慢性乙肝疗效以及对血清HBV DNA的影响。结果 治疗组有 10例 (4 1.7% )HBV DNA转阴 ,9例 (3 7.5 % )HBeAg转阴 ;治疗组治疗后HBeAg ,HBV DNA定量转阴率均显著高于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,而且治疗组治疗后ALT ,HBV DNA定量与对照组治疗后结果比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 膦甲酸钠具有较好的抑制乙肝病毒复制的效果 ,其有可能成为治疗慢性乙肝感染安全而有效的药物。Objective To study the effect and the influence of foscarnet on HBV DNA in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Methods Forty-six patients with CHB were divided at randomly into the treating group (24 cases) and the control group (22 cases). The treating group was given foscarnet 2.4g (bis in die, injectio venosa) and commonl liver-protective agents such as vitamins, and the control group was only given common liver-protective agents. The therapeutic course of both the groups was 28 days. Results HBV DNA of 10 cases (41.7%) and HBeAg of 9 cases (37.5%) in the treating group converted to negative, and the negative conversion rates were significantly higher in the treating group than in the control group (P<0.01). The two groups were significantly different in the serum levels of alanine transaminase (ALT) and HBV DNA after the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Foscarnet is effective on inhibiting the proliferation of HBV, so it can be used in treating chronic hepatitis B.
