参麦注射液对创伤性失血性休克复苏效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨参麦注射液复苏创伤失血性休克的效果。方法　对 62例创伤失血性休克病人分别用乳酸钠林格注射液 (对照组 )及参麦注射液 (观察组 )复苏。结果　观察组 (3 2例 )血压 3～ 5min即开始上升 ,与对照组 (3 0例 )比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。随着血压上升 ,尿量、心率、肢温与意识明显好转。两组治愈率分别为 93 .75 %和 76 7% ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　参麦注射液用于创伤失血性休克复苏具有作用早、速度快、维持血压平稳、用量小、安全性好等优点。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Shen mai injection on hemorrhagic shock.Methods Sixty-two cases with hemorrhagic shock were at random divided into Shenmai group (32) and control group (30), which were given respectively with Shenmai injection and balance liquid. Results T group(32 patients): the blood pressure rose with 3～5minutes. The effect had asignificant difference between T group and C group(30 patients) . As blood pressure rising,urinary output increased,heart rate and consciousness improved.The effective treatment rate in T group was 93.75 percent,in C group was 76.67 percentIn Shenmai group, the blood pressure began to rise in 3～5minutes, which showed a significant difference with control group (P<0.05), and with the blood pressure rising, the urinary output increased, and the heart rate quickened, and consciousness improved. The effective therapeutic rates in the groups were 93.75% and 76.67% respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shenmai injection is fast and safe for the early treatment of hemorragic shock, for blood pressure can be maintained up smoothly and less liquid amount is required as well as fewer complications comes into being.
