银屑病与恶性肿瘤患者红细胞天然免疫分子CD59与可溶性IL-2R相关性变化的比较研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨银屑病和恶性肿瘤患者红细胞CD5 9与可溶性IL 2受体 (sIL 2R)之间的变化规律。方法　应用流式细胞仪检测银屑病患者新鲜红细胞表面CD5 9分子的表达水平 ,采用双抗体夹心法测定可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平。结果　 2 6例银屑病患者红细胞CD5 9定量 ,平均荧光相对强度 63 1.0 0± 166 70 ,明显高于肿瘤患者的 5 2 5 .8± 12 4 2 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 19例正常人sIL 2R含量为 (173 6.5 8±65 0 .10 )ng/L明显低于肿瘤患者的 (2 3 64 .80± 83 1.2 0 )ng/L ,(P <0 .0 5 )。 65例标本同时测定红细胞CD5 9与sIL 2R ,两者之间呈明显负相关 (γ =-0 .3 12 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　对银屑病与肿瘤患者红细胞CD5 9与sIL 2R之间变化的比较分析为免疫反应的调控规律及全面理解不同性质疾病的免疫发病机制提供了有用的信息。Objective To study the association between CD59 on erythrocytes and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in the patients with cancer and psoriasis. Methods The expression of CD59 on fresh erythrocytes was determined by flow cytometer (FCM). A sandwich ELISA technique was applied to the detection of the serum sIL-2R levels at the same time.Results The expression level of CD59 on fresh erythrocytes in the 26 patients with psoriasis was significantly higher than that of the patients with cancer, and the level of sIL-2R of the 19 normal adults was significantly lower than that of the patients with cancer. Negative correlation existed between CD59 on erythrocytes and sIL-2R in 65cases tested.Conclusion The Comparative results of the association between CD59 on erythrocytes and soluble IL-2R in the patients with cancer and psoriasis support useful information to the study of immunoregulation and grasping the pathogenesis of the different diseases.
