摘　　要：我国上市公司退市制度的总体思路和成熟市场是一致的。我国证券市场具有特殊性,发展时间较短,所以我国退市机制具有特殊性和不完善性。退市机制在运行中存在着很多问题。完善我国上市公司退市机制,要借鉴成熟证券市场的退市制度,但不能盲目超前。The general regulation of delisting of china listed company are co nsistent with the matured market.Because of the characteristic of our market which has d eveloped for a short time,our delisting mechanism also is of specialties and fau ltiness.There are many problems in the operation of delisting mechanism.the succ essful experience of matured market should be referenced,to perfect the delistin g mechanism,but our conditions should be considered.
