摘　　要：目的　研究临床路径在单病种患者中的应用效果。方法　选择同期住院的室间隔缺损和结肠癌患者各 6 0例 ,随机分成 2组 ,实验组按制定好的医、护、患临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作 ,对照组按常规医疗护理模式工作。结果　实验组患者的平均住院日、平均候手术日和平均住院费用低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;健康知识掌握及术后生活自理能力的恢复情况均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,患者满意度提高 1.87%。结论　按临床路径实施诊疗、护理及患者的自理康复 ,可以减少平均住院日 ,降低住院费用 ,有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理 ,促进了患者术后生活自理能力的恢复 。Objective To study the effects of application of clinical pathway on hospitalized patients with one kind of disease. Methods 60 patients with ventricular septal defect and 60 patients with colon cancer were recruited in this study, who were divided into control group and experimental group randomly based on the same classification of disease. The experimental group subjects received daily treatment, nursing care, rehabilitation training and health education on the basis of established tables of comprehensively clinical pathway. While the control group subjects receive common treatment and care. Results The subjects of the experimental group had shorter hospitalization time and less cost (P<0.01 and P<0.05), they also have more health knowledge and faster rehabilitation of self-care ability (P<0.01). Conclusions Implementation of the comprehensively clinical pathway could significantly decrease hospitalization time and cost, promote patients to participate in treatment and care actively, as well as facilitate rehabilitation of self-care ability, enhance patients satisfactory ratio, consequently, explore a new mode of combination of holistic nursing and holistic medicine.
