摘　　要：新阶段统一战线的基本特征可以概括为六个方面 :第一 ,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,实现指导思想上的与时俱进 ;第二 ,从党领导对敌斗争、克敌制胜的法宝 ,转变为党领导国家建设、执政兴国的法宝 ;第三 ,把新的社会阶层作为团结各方面力量的新的增长点 ,为中华民族的伟大复兴不断凝聚新力量 ;第四 ,完善基本政治制度 ,发展民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明 ;第五 ,担负着加强民族团结、维护社会稳定的特殊职能 ;第六 ,以加强民族凝聚力为纽带 ,完成祖国统一大业。The basic features of the United Front can be categorized into six aspects: (a) to achieve “keeping abreast of the times” in terms of guiding principles, with the guidance of the important ideology of “Three Represents”; (b) to transform the Party's magic weapon of winning the fight against the enemies into the weapon of guiding national construction and rejuvenating the country; (c) to consider the new social strata as the new breaking point to unite different forces, so as to constantly absorb new resources for the great rejuvenation of China; (d) to improve and perfect the basis political systems, develop democratic politics and establish the political civilization of socialism; (e) to be responsible for strengthening the unity of various nationalities and securing the stability of the society; (f) to increase the cohesion of the Chinese nation to achieve the reunification of China.
