摘　　要：边际生产力分配理论存在三个方面的缺陷。 (1 )它仅适用完全竞争和规模报酬不便的情况 ,不适用于非完全竞争和规模报酬递增或递减的情况 ;(2 )作为边际生产力分配理论之基础的“边际生产力”本身在“对生产”的情况下是不能测度的 ;(3 )在存在外部影响的场合 ,边际生产力分配理论也是不能成立的。Three limitations exist in the marginal productivity theory of income distribution First, it only applies to perfect competition and constant returns to scale but not to non perfect competition and increasing or decreasing returns to scale Second, marginal productivity, as the basis of marginal productivity theory of income distribution, cannot be measured under the condition of team production And third, in circumstances where externalities are present, marginal productivity theory of income distribution is not applicable
