摘　　要：目的　评价超声心动图对部分型肺静脉畸形引流 (Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection,PAPVC)的诊断价值。方法　回顾分析 4 8例 PAPVC的超声心动图特征 ,并与手术结果对照。结果　 4 8例 PAPVC中术前超声正确诊断 37例 (77% ) ,漏诊 11例 (2 3% )。结论　超声心动图是部分型肺静脉畸形引流患者术前诊断的首选方法 ,如能多部位多切面仔细观察 。Objective To investigate echocardiographic value in the diagnosis of partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection(PAPVC).Methods The echocardiograms in 48 patients with PAPVC were retrospectively reviewed and compared to the surgical.Results Thirty seven (77%) patients with PAPVC were accurately diagnosed on echocardiography.Conclusions Echocardiography is the preferred examination method in the diagnosis of PAPVC before surgery.With careful examination using multiple windows and sections,PAPVC can be accurately diagnosed on echocardiography.
