摘  要:采用Raman光谱、TEM和恒流充放电技术研究在石油醚介质中球磨不同时间的多壁碳纳米管的结构、形貌和电化学嵌锂行为的变化。结果发现,球磨1h和5h,多壁碳纳米管的典型Raman峰强度随球磨时间的增加而降低,说明碳纳米管中的缺陷增多,管径变小,管长变短;但球磨5h和10h的峰强度相差不大,说明在石油醚介质中经一定时间球磨后再延长时间对其结构几乎无影响;且球磨前后Raman谱G线和D线的强度之比几乎不变,球磨对其石墨化程度影响不大。随球磨时间增加,可逆嵌锂容量相应增加。并分析了原因。Characteristics and electrochemical lithium intercalation performance of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) under ball-milled conditions in petroleum benzine were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, TEM and galvanostatic charge/discharge techniques. It was found that the intensity of the D,G,and D~* bands for ballmilled MWNTs in petroleum benzine weakened with the increasing of ball-milled time from 1h to 5h, while the intensities of each band almost remain constant for ball-milled time from 5h to 10h. The results suggest that MWNTs can survive mild and long-term ball-mill in petroleum benzine. Moreover, the I_G/I_D ratios of all ball-milled samples remain almost constant and reveal that the graphitization degree of MWNTs is slightly modified after ball-milled process. The reversible specific capacity increased with the increase of ball-milled time. And the possible reasons are analyzed.
