摘　　要：本文在总结当前国内外数字图像的通信与监控系统现状的基础上,结合与数字视频监控系统相关的图像处理技术、组网技术及传输通信技术,重点分析并介绍了基于局域网的视频监控系统。系统可在现有的网络环境中,通过视频服务器把模拟图像信号转化成数字信号,实现高性能、配置简单的视频图像监控操作,可广泛应用于各种电力,水利,交通,金融等行业的监控系统。This paper summarizes the current development and application of digital video communication and monitoring control system,and pays attention to introduce and analyze a video monitoring system based on LAN,integrating related technologies of image processing,network and communication.The system operates effectively and easily to transform the analog image signal into digital by video sever in the existing network.And it plays a more and more important pole in the fields of energy sources,traffic, industry, agriculture etc.
