某胶片厂482例胶片作业工人职业性健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨胶片生产过程中的有害因素对作业工人健康的影响。方法　以胶片生产工人 482人为接触组 ,14 5名行政人员为对照组 ,通过问卷调查、体检、实验室检查等方式 ,比较两组的健康状况。同时测定生产环境中盐酸、硫酸、甲醇、异丙醇、丙酮、二氧化硫浓度及噪声强度。结果　①生产环境中 6种毒物均未超过国家标准 ;噪声强度 94.2dB ,超标 9.2dB。②接触组自觉症状中有记忆力减退、疲乏无力、眼痛、流泪、鼻堵、耳鸣、咽痛、咳嗽 8项的检出率明显高于对照组 ;体检项目中有慢性咽炎、慢性鼻炎、慢性支气管炎、慢性结膜炎 4项的检出率明显高于对照组 ;听力检查中高频听力损失和语频听力损伤的检出率均明显高于对照组。结论　在胶片生产过程中由于作业工人长期接触多种低浓度有害物质 ,其健康状况已受到明显影响。To explore the effect of hazardous compounds in film production on workers' health. 482 workers were selected as the case group and 145 administrators as the control group. The health conditions of the two groups were compared through questionnaires, physical examinations and laboratory examinations. Meanwhile, the concentrations of hydrochloric acid, vitriol, carbinol, isopropanol, acetone and sulfur dioxide and noise intensity were determined. The concentrations of the 6 toxicant compounds in the productive environment all accord with the national standard; whereas the noise intensity was 94.2 dB exceeding the national standard by 9.2 dB. The detective rates of symptoms as hypomnesis, fatigue, ophthalmalgia, lacrimation, nasus obstruction, tinnitus, pharyngodynia and coughing in the case group were significantly higher than that in the control group; the detective rates of chronic pharyngitis, chronic rhinitis, chronic bronchitis and chronic conjunctivitis were also significantly higher than that in the control group; the detective rates of high frequency audition loss and verbal frequency audition damage were significantly higher than that in the control group as well. [Conclusion] Workers' health condition has been significantly affected by the persistent exposure to the toxicant compounds during the course of film production.
