摘　　要：根据目前模拟集群移动通信系统在公安系统应用的发展和现状,给出了一种在用户现有资源下如何实现的建设方案。该方案已应用在湖南公安集群移动通信系统中,充分体现了用户对现有资源的利用,作到经济、实用和功能齐全,为模拟集群移动通信系统的在公安的实现提供了良好的理论基础和实现方法。On the basis of the trend and the situation of the police trunking system in use,this paper proposes a constructing scheme to make best use of current resources.This scheme is already applied in Hunan's police trunking communication system ,and fully embodies the best use of current resources. These systems are economical ,practical and abundent functions. The scheme presents good theoretical basis and implementation method for the current police analog trunking system.
