摘　　要：有效地预防和惩治官员腐败犯罪,是中国社会普遍关注的热点问题,创设全新而完善的法律制度和法律措施,加大查处和预防腐败犯罪案件的力度,增加腐败的成本,是防治腐败犯罪现象滋生蔓延的基本途径。Prevention and penalizing official crrupt crime effectively is a focus problem paid much attention to by the society.The basic ways to prevent the crime is to establish new and complete begal system,take legal measures and increas the cost of corrupt and so on.
