摘 要:采用 5 -Br -PADAP分光光度法测定新型酸性光亮镀锡镍合金镀液中的镍。研究了酸度、Tween - 80的用量、三乙醇胺的用量、显色剂的用量和干扰离子对测定的影响。结果表明 ,在 pH=3.5的条件下 ,Ni2 + - 5 -Br -PADAP最大吸收波长为 5 74nm ;镍量在 0~ 9μg/ 2 5mL范围内服从朗比定律。该方法简便快速 ,重现性好 ,准确度高 ,样品加标回收率达 98%以上 。The nickel in the acidic brightening tin nickel alloy plating bath was measured making use of 5 Br [2 (2 pyridylazo) 5 diethylaminophenol](coded as PADAP) spectrophotometry. Thus the effects of the acidity, the dosage of Tween 80, triethanolamine, and color reagent, and the interfering ions on the measurement of Ni were investigated. Results showed that the maximum adsorption wavelength for Ni^(2+) 5 Br PADAP at pH=3.5 was located at 574 nm. It obeyed the Beer's law within a nickel content range of 0~9 μg/25 mL. The established method was simple and expeditious and had good reproducibility and accuracy. It was feasible to retrieve the Ni element to be measured at a recovery rate above 98% with respect to the standard solution, indicating that the method could find promising application in engineering practice.
