摘 要:目的:建立通络袪痹丸的质量标准.方法:采用薄 层色谱法对制剂中的制川乌、三七、当归进行定性鉴别,用二 阶导数光谱法测定制剂中乌头碱的含量.结果:3种供试品薄 层色谱在与相应对照品或对照药材色谱相应的位置上分别显 相同颜色的斑点,含量测定中,乌头碱在0.04~0.26g/L范围 内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD= 1.20%.结论:该方法可用于通络袪痹丸的质量控制.AIM: To establish a quality standard of Tongluo Quebi Pill (TQP). METHODS: Thin layer chromatography was used to identify the content of Radix Aconiti Preparata, Radix Notoginseng and Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and second derivative spectrometry was used for the determination of aconitine in TQP. RESULTS: The positions of the spots of the three experimental samples were the same as those of the control sample, respectively. The calibration curve for aconitine was linear within the range of 0.04-0.26 g/L (r= 0.9994), the average recovery rate of aconitine was 99.4% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.20% . CONCLUSION: The method employed in this study is simple, accurate and can be used in quality control of TQP.
