摘  要:在VXI总线系统上研制了用于可变脉宽的信号测量的中速门控积分器。在与高速示波器比对中,两者测量结果积分非线性小于1%;现场打靶测试时,积分器最大满量程误差小于3%。With the method of integration in a limited time, a Multi-channel normal speed gated integrator based on VXI system has been developed for measuring the signals with changeable pulse width in laser scattering light experiment. It has been tested with signal sources in ICF experiment. In tests, the integral nonlinearity between the integral results of the gated integrator and that of an oscilloscope is less than 1% . In the ICF experiments the maximum error between the integral results of the gated integrator and that of oscilloscope is less than 3% of the full scale range of the gated integrator.
