摘　　要：目的　应用微量胆红素测定仪动态监测新生儿胆红素 ,确定胆红素的标准范围 ,以及时治疗生理性黄胆 ,防止病理性黄胆对新生儿的损害。方法　采取新生儿足母趾微量血 2 0微升 ,在微量胆红素测定仪上测定胆红素 ,读取结果。结果　新生儿胆红素峰值出现在 4～ 6d ,正常范围 :足月新生儿胆红素 2 4h <6mg/dl,4 8h <10mg/dl,3～ 7d <15mg/dl,7d后下降。结论　应用微量胆红素测定仪监测新生儿胆红素 ,结果准确、可靠 ,能及时反映新生儿血中胆红素的变化 ,对生理性黄胆超出一定范围给予适时治疗提供重要依据。Objective: To test newborns'dynmic bilirubin and certain standard scope,and to treat the physiological icterus on time so as to prevent damage of pathological icterus to newborns.Methods:bilirubin of newborns'tiny deal blood 20ul is testetd with tester. Result:The bilirubin is the most high in 4-6 days, nomal standard :newborns'bilirubin 24 hours <6mg/dl,48 hours <10mg/dl,3-7d<15mg/dl,after 7 days reduce. Conclusion:Result of tiny deal blood aer tested with tester is accurate and dependable ,and can reflect varied newborns' bilirubin in time, and can provede proof for treat the physiological icterus of outside scope on time.
