46例不孕妇女的免疫功能及淋巴细胞凋亡变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨不孕症妇女外周血免疫功能与淋巴细胞凋亡 [PCD]的变化及之间的相互关系。方法　选择不孕症妇女 4 6例作为观察组 ,已生育的健康妇女 32例作为对照组 ,应用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法检测CD+ 3、CD+ 4、CD+ 8,IgA、M、G采用免疫比浊法 ,外周血成熟淋巴细胞凋亡检测采用吖啶橙 -溴化乙锭细胞内染色法。结果　不孕症妇女CD+ 4、CD+4 /CD+ 8、IgG明显降低 ,CD+ 8、淋巴细胞凋亡率 (PCD)明显升高 ,与正常组比较有统计学意义。结论　不孕症妇女免疫功能降低或存在不平衡状态 ,外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率长高。Objectives: To explore the relationship between the immune function and the changes of PCD in the peripheral blood of sterility women. Methods: 46 sterility women were admitted and 32 women as normal controls, the levels of CD3 +?CD4 +?CD8 + were measured by monoclonal antibody indirect immunofluorescence technic, the levels of CD8+?PCD were increased significantly. There were statistical differences as compared with healthy controls. Conclusion: The immune functional decline or disbalance were observed in sterility women, the peripheral blood lymphocytes apoptosis were increased.
