摘  要:研究了 1Cr2 5Ni1 6Mn7N奥氏体热强不锈钢经固溶处理后 ,在 60 0℃~ 80 0℃长时间加热对力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,随加热温度的提高 ,加热时间的延长 ,材料的强度变化不大 ,塑性降低 ,且冲击韧度明显降低。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段分析研究加热前后的显微组织变化后发现 :加热到 60 0℃时 ,Cr2 3 C6首先在晶界处析出 ,70 0℃加热 5 0 0h后σ相析出 ,这两种主要脆性相的析出导致高温加热后冲击韧度明显下降。1Cr2 5Ni1 6Mn7N钢与其他 2 5Cr 2 0Ni型钢相比高温析出特征基本一致 ,主要析出相为Cr2 3The effects of long-time at elevated temperature(600°C-800°C) on mechanical properties of 1Cr25Nil6Mn7N heat-resistance austenitic stainless steel were studied. The results show that with the heating temperature increasing and the holding time prolonging, the tensile strength of the steel do not change much and ductility are lowered, but the impact toughness decreases severely. The changing of microstructure was analyzed by SEM and TEM, and found that Cr23 C6 precipitated along the austenite grain-boundaries after exposure at 600°C, and σ phase precipitated after exposure at 700°C for 500 h, which lead to the decrease of impact toughness after long-time at elevated temperature. Compared with other 25Cr-20Ni type austenitic stainless steels, the precipitates were identical, and they were σ phase and Cr23C6.
