摘　　要：报告1例新生儿皮肤再生不良。患儿男,出生1h。生后即被发现左上肢皮肤缺损,分娩时无外伤史。给予0.1%利凡诺溶液及莫匹罗星软膏外用。10d后缺损处被新生组织填充,表面光滑,略凹陷,颜色较周围正常皮肤暗。A case of aplasia cutis of a neonate is reported. The patient was found to have skin defect on his left arm when he was born,who had no birth trauma history. A diagnosis of aplasia cutis was made. The lesion was treated with 0.1% rivanol solution and mupirocin ointment. It was filled with new tissue after 10 days. The surface of the lesion was smooth, slightly depressed, and darker in color compared with the normal surrounding.
