摘 要:分别对产酸脱硫反应器中数量上占优势的硫酸盐还原菌和产酸菌进行分离,获得两株优势菌SRB ZH07和AB ZH01,探讨了pH值、COD/SO42-比和氧对它们生长的影响以及二者对不同底物的利用情况.研究结果表明,pH=7 0时,SRB-ZH07和AB-ZH01的生长最好,硫酸盐的去除率也最大.pH值在6 0和7 0时,AB ZH01生长的比较好.以乳酸为惟一碳源时,SRB ZH07对硫酸盐的去除率最高,达到94 24%;以葡萄糖为惟一碳源时,AB-ZH01的生长最好.SRB-ZH07在有氧和无氧条件下都能生长,在有氧条件下的生长速率高于无氧条件,但在有氧条件下不能够去除硫酸盐.乳酸做惟一碳源,COD/SO42-比值大于2 0时,硫酸盐去除率较高,在80%左右,COD/SO42-比值小于2 0时,SO42-去除率较低,低于50%.preponderant populations of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB-ZH07) and acidogenic-bacteria (AB-ZH01) in an acidogenic sulfate-reducing reactor were isolated. The effects of pH value, COD/SO_4^(2-) and oxgen on the growth of AB-ZH01 and SRB-ZH07, and their substrates utilization were investigated. The results of the experiment showed that AB-ZH01 and SRB-ZH07 could grow well under pH 7.0, the sulfate removal rate was also the highest. AB-ZH01 could also grow well under pH7.0 and pH6.0. Sulfate removal rate was as high as 94.24% when supplied lactic acid as the sole carbon source for SRB-ZH07. When supplied glucose as the sole carbon source for AB-ZH01, the increase of cell number could be the highest. SRB-ZH07 could live in aerobic and anaerobic condition, but growth rate higher in aerobic condition than that in anerobic condition. In addition, SRB-ZH07 could not reduce sulfate in aerobic conditions. When COD/SO_4^(2-)ratio was over 2.0, sulfate removal rate could reach about 80% supplying lactic acid as the sole carbon source. Otherwise, sulfate removal rate was less than 50%.
