摘 要:对斯贝蒸发式稳定器模型与5种新稳定器在常压和低压下的燃烧性能进行了研究,并与V型稳定器比较,试验低压可达0 035MPa,气流最高速度可达235m/s.试验结果表明:5种新稳定器的燃烧性能好于斯贝蒸发式稳定器,所优选的稳定器比斯贝蒸发式稳定器提高了点火性能、火焰稳定性和燃烧效率,特别是在低压下,扩大了贫富油熄火边界,而V型稳定器燃烧性能最差.The combustion performance of vapor flame holder of Spey engine and five new flame holders were experimentally investigated at normal and low pressure in this paper. The experiment results of these flame holders were also compared with that of vapor V-gutter flame holder. In the experiment, the lowest pressure could reach 0.035 MPa, and the highest speed of airflow could reach 235 m/s. It was shown that combustion performances of all new vapor flame holders were superior to that of Spey engine. Compared with the flame holder of Spey engine, the ignition performance, flame stability and combustion efficiency of the best one among those five vapor flame holders had been largely improved, especially for the extinguish limit of lean or rich fuel flame was largely extended under the condition of low pressure.
