摘　　要：本文通过测量265例成人颈椎横突孔的直径,制定出我国成人横突孔直径的正常下限。结合临床资料着重讨论评价横突孔大小形态对椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断价值。In this article, we determined the lower limit of diameter transverse process foramen for the chinese adults after measuring cervical vertebrae of 265 cases. On the basis of the clinical data, we chiefly discussed and evaluated the size and shape of the transverse process foramen in the diagnosis of the cervical spondylosis with type of vertebral artery insufficiency.
