摘  要:目的 观察早期肠道喂养对烫伤大鼠肠道细菌移位的影响。方法 设计早期肠道喂养和延迟肠道喂养动物模型 ,取大鼠伤后 6、12、2 4、4 8、72h肝脏组织、肠系膜淋巴结作细菌培养 ,并测定肠道组织二胺氧化酶 (DAO)活性 ,动态观察三者的变化并进行统计学分析。结果 两组大鼠肠系膜淋巴结、肝脏组织均发生细菌移位和肠道组织二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性下降 ,延迟喂养大鼠移位细菌数量显著多于早期肠道喂养大鼠 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肠道组织二胺氧化酶 (DAO)活性较早期喂养大鼠显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;相关性分析发现 ,肝脏组织和肠系膜淋巴结细菌移位具有显著正相关关系 (P <0 0 1) ,二者与肠道组织二胺氧化酶 (DAO)活性具有显著负相关关系 (二者P <0 0 1)。结论 烫伤大鼠延迟肠道喂养较早期肠道喂养容易发生肠黏膜损伤和肠道细菌移位且严重。Objective To observe the effects of early enteral feeding on bacterial translocation from intestines in scalded rats through the experiment. Methods Early enteral feeding and delayed enteral feeding animal mode.The liver organization were collected for bacteria culture and the diamine oxidase of intestines were detected in 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 h after scald ,then watch the changes of the three and make statistical analysis. Results Two groups the liver organization and mesenterium lymph gland took place bacterial translocation from intestines,the DAO of intestines declined.The changes of group C were more obvious than those of group B. A significant positive relationship existed between the bacterial translocation of the liver organization and mesenterium lymph gland(P<0.01);A significant negative relationship existed between the changes of bacterial translocation and DAO(P<0.01). Conclusion The scalded rats of delayed enteral feeding apt to take place intestines damage and bacterial translocation compare with those of early enteral feeding.
