摘　　要：精子只有经过获能和顶体反应,才能与卵融合。本文对以体外诱导的顶体反应人精子作为免疫原制备的23个单克隆抗体进行了一系列鉴定,结果表明:所得单克隆抗体的间接免疫荧光染色,主要定位在人精子的赤道板和中段,没有发现定位于顶体及顶体后的单克隆抗体。某些单克隆抗体的间接免疫荧光染色部位在顶体反应后发生了改变。有18个单克隆抗体显示程度不同的精子凝集作用,未发现有精子制动作用的单克隆抗体。免疫印迹证实,有9个单克隆抗体的靶抗原是蛋白质类物质。By using mieroassay,the strong hu-man sperm agglutination were caused by 9of 23 monoclonal antibodies(McAbs)ob-tained by immunization with fresh humanacrosome-reacted(AR)sperm,which wasinduced by ionophore A 23187,but no oneof them demonstrated the ability to immo-bilize human sperm.In contrast to moststudies reported by other laboratories,theantigens recognized by most of McAbs inthe present study were located in equato-rial segment and mi(?)piece of human sperm,and no one in aerosome region of humansperm.The binding pattern of some McAbson non-treated and AR sperm was foundto be different.The human sperm proteinsranged in the size of 16-116 kDa were de-monstrated to be (?)aeted with 9 of 23 Mc-Abs by immunoblotting.Moreover,thecross (?)etion of 23 McAbs with mouse andtree shrew sperm was det(?)ted by indirectimmunofluores(?)nt assay.These results sug-gest that AR sperm posses(?)s pe(?)uliar im-munogenic properties.
