摘 要:散装乳化炸药已成为矿用炸药的主要技术发展方向。矿用炸药现场制备与机械化装药,可有效改善装药、爆破效果,提高矿山爆破和生产效率。20世纪80年代以来,中国大中型露天矿山已普遍装备了乳化炸药现场混装车,并开发成功了一系列具有中国特色的散装乳化炸药技术。本文介绍了散装乳化炸药应用于金堆城露天矿所取得的良好效果:单孔爆破矿石(或岩石)面积增加30%以上,延米炮孔爆破量由160t/m提高到180t/m,综合爆破成本降低73 5%,每吨矿岩铲装成本降低24 4%,万吨矿岩钻孔量减少6 4%。It is well known that bulk emulsion explosive has become a main direction in development of mining explosives.In the condition of using Site Mixed Emulsion explosive (SME),the charging and blasting performances can be improved,thus raising the efficiency of mining production.Ever since 1980s,the trucks for SME have been supplied for a lot of large and medial open pits and a series of bulk emulsion explosive with Chinese characteristics have been developed in China.In this paper,the achievements resulted from use of bulk emulsion explosive at Jinduicheng open pit are introduced. These achievements include 30% of increased blasted ore(or rock)area per hole,broken ore per meter of hole increased from 160t to 180t,73.5% of decreased comprehensive blasting cost,24.4% of lowered loading cost per ton of ore or rock and 6.4% of reduced drilling amount per 10000t of ore or rock.
