摘 要:大厂锡矿资源丰富,但富矿已近枯竭,将要大规模开采的是以92号矿体为主的贫矿体。92号矿体与富矿相比,矿石性质差异很大。为提高选厂的入选品位,需要对92号矿体粗颗粒(+3~-20mm)贫锡矿石进行预选抛废工艺、设备和工业试验研究。工业试验结果表明:采用BATAC跳汰机预选抛废,作业抛废率34 18%,锡、铅、锌作业回收率分别为92 46%、84 45%、85 77%;对原矿抛废率27 4%,锡、铅、锌回收率分别为95 01%、91 83%、91 87%;跳汰机处理能力达到311t/h。采用BAT AC跳汰机处理贫锡矿石预选抛废是可行的。There are plentiful tin resources but tin-rich ores are almost exhausted in Dachang area,Guangxi.The properties of the ores from orebody No 92 which is going to be mined in commercial scale are very different to that of rich ores.In order to improve the grade of feed ores,commercial tests on the technology and equipment for pre-concentration of tin-lean coarse-size ores(+3~-20mm)were carried out.The results show that the tailing's rate of 34.18% and the Sn,Pb and Zn recoveries of 92.46%,84.45% and 85.77% are gained with a jigging capacity of about 311 tons per hour when using BATAC jig for pre-concentration,and that the tailing's rate of 27.4% and the Sn,Pb and Zn recoveries of 95.01%,91.83% and 91.87% for original ores.The commercial tests indicate that it is feasible to use BATAC jig for pre-concentration of tin-lean ores.
