摘 要:在极性非质子溶剂DMSO中,以KOH为催化剂,苯甲醛和4-甲基吡啶在较低温度下进行缩合反应生成了反-4-苯乙烯基吡啶.通过对该反应在KOH-DMSO体系中的一系列试验,探索了反应温度、反应物的物质的量比、反应时间、反应物加入方式、催化剂使用量以及反应后处理pH值对产率的影响.确定最佳反应条件为15mLDMSO,反应温度80℃,n苯甲醛∶n4-甲基吡啶=1∶1.5并预先混合后再缓慢加入,2.0gKOH催化剂,反应后处理pH值为7~7.5,目标化合物的平均收率为67.32%.Trans-4-styrylpyridine were prepared with pheneylformaldehyde and 4-methylpyridine in DMSO of polar non-protonic solvent and potassium hydroxide as catalyst at lower temperature. The effects of reactive conditions, such as temperature, reactant mole ratio and their adding means, reacting time, catalyst KOH content, different pH values after reacting etc. on the reaction rates were studied. The optimum reaction conditions for preparing this compound were determined as follows:15 mL DMSO, 80 ℃ of heated temperature, the mole ratio as 1∶1.5 of reactants for pheneylformaldehyde and 4-methylpyridine and added slowly with drop by drop, the quantity of KOH with 2 g and pH value about 7 after reacting. The reaction yield was 67.32%.
