文丘里洗涤器轴向压力损失的试验研究

摘　　要：文丘里洗涤器是效率最高的湿式洗涤器,但其对于细小粉尘的高捕集效率是以很高的气体压力损失为代价的.本文通过对文丘里洗涤器操作性能的试验研究,描述了不同操作条件下不同文丘里洗涤器内轴向压力损失情况,并分析了产生轴向压力损失的机理及影响因素.Venturi scrubber is the most efficient wet scrubbing device for the collection of fine particles, but it collects small particles at high pressure loss. In this paper, the pressure loss of Venturi scrubber is investigated experimentally. The axial pressure change of different Venturi scrubber, the mechanism and the influencing factors of pressure drop are analyzed.
