摘　　要：查阅文献资料,介绍ARDS治疗方面的一些进展,强调ARDS的治疗应及时正确采用呼吸机和相关药物,早期治疗有望降低ARDS的病死率。By consulting the document and information, the article introduces some progresses on treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome and emphasizes acute respiratory distress syndrome should be treated by prompt mechanical ventilation and retalive medicine.Early treatment can reduce mortality of acute respiratory distress syndrome.
