手法治疗髌骨软化症320例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手法治疗髌骨软化症的效果。方法采用揉捻、衮扌、散等手法治疗髌骨软化症320例。结果临床治愈295例,好转24例,总有效率99.7%。结论手法是治疗髌骨软化症的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of massage manipulation on chondromalacia patellae. Method To treat 320 cases of chondromalacia patellae with different manipulations, such as kneading, rotating, rolling and dispersing. Result There were 295 cases cured, 24, relived. The total effective rate was 99.7%. Conclusion Massage manipulation is an effective method to treat chondromalacia patellae.
