摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗心脏病致血管迷走神经反射的预防和护理措施。方法对92例介入治疗心脏病的病人采取预防血管迷走神经反射,预防血容量不足,做好心理护理,加强监护,密切观察病情等措施。结果经及时快速给予静脉输液,维持了有效循环血容量,提高了心率等,无其他并发症发生。结论有效的护理措施可预防血管迷走神经反射的发生。Objective To study the prevention and nursing of blood vessel vagus reflex caused by interposed treatment of heart disease. Methods Measures were taken to prevent blood vessel vagus reflex to the ninety two patients who has interposed treatment of the heart disease: prevent not enough blood volume, provide psycho counseling, paying close attention and tight tutelage. Results Complication was avoided due to prompt venous transfusion, keeping effective blood volume in circulation, and keeping the rate of heartbeat. Conclusion The blood vessel vagus reflex can be prevented by take effective measures.
