摘 要:模拟轧辊辊环的成形条件,用正交设计试验法进行了金属型铸态奥-贝球铁制取工艺的研究。研究了合金元素对金属型铸态奥-贝球铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明金属型铸态奥贝球铁化学成分(wB/%)为:3.6~3.8C,2.3~2.5Si,≤0.3Mn,≤0.05S,≤0.05P,4Ni,1.0Mo,0.5Cu,同时用1.5%的球化剂进行球化处理,用0.3%含钡硅铁进行孕育。试验的金属型铸态奥-贝球铁的力学性能可达到σb为805.90MPa;硬度为52.5HRC;δ为1.47%;αk为9.00J·cm-2,并在奥-贝球铁离心复合轧辊辊环上获得应用。By simulating the production condition of the roll collar and a do pting orthogonally designed experiment method,the influences of alloy elements on the structure and properties of permanent mould-cast austenite-bainite no dular iron were investigated.The results showed that,by adopting com-position (w B/%)of3.6~3.8C,2.3~2.5Si,≤0.3Mn,≤0.05S,≤0.0 5P,4Ni,1.0Mo,0.5Cu,and using1.5%nodularizing alloy as nodularizi ng agent,0.3%using Ba-containing ferrosilicon as inoculat.The results sho wed that the mechanical properties of the as-cast austenite-bainite nodular ir on cast in permanent mould were as following: b =805.90MPa;HRC=52.5; k =9.00J穋m-2 ,and has been applied to the roll collar of the centrifugally cast composit e roll.
