摘　　要：文章首先对电子政务信息资源的概念进行了界定 ,这是对我国电子政务信息资源建设进行科学评估的必要前提。第二部分 ,文章在借鉴国内外已有研究的基础上 ,初步构建出符合我国国情的电子政务信息资源建设绩效评估体系。最后 ,文章认为 ,开展电子政务信息资源建设绩效评估需要建立相应的保障机制 ,包括思想保障、法制保障、体制保障、技术保障等。In this dissertation,the author first regulated the meaning of E-government information resources, which is the presupposition for discussing the performance appraisal of E-government information resources construction. Second, the author designed a performance appraisal system about E-government information resources construction on the basis of referring to standpoints of other scholars. Third, the author held that we should set up a mechanism to guarantee the practice of performance appraisal, which includes ideology, laws, system and technology.
