摘　　要：目的　了解 1990～ 2 0 0 0年湖南省安仁县先天性疝气发病率的动态变化趋势及流行病学特征。　方法　对 1990～ 2 0 0 0年出生的围产儿进行监测登记 ,资料用VisualFoxpro建立数据库 ,并用SPSS(10 .0 )统计软件包对先天性疝气的发病情况进行 χ2 检验等统计学分析。　结果　 1990～ 2 0 0 0年湖南省安仁县先天性疝气的发病率变化明显 (χ2 =47.74,P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 0 0 0年发病率最高为 2 1.62‰ ,1998年发病率最低为 4.5 4‰ ,年平均发病率为 8.5 8‰ ;全县 2 1个乡镇中 ,安平发病率最高为 14 .95‰ ,洋际发病率最低为 3 .2 0‰ ,不同乡镇间发病率差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.2 82 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;男性发病率为 13 .96‰ ,女性发病率为 1.46‰ ,两者之间差异显著 (χ2 =2 17.81,P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　湖南省安仁县 1990～ 2 0 0 0年出生儿童先天性疝气的发病率较高 ,且有上升趋势 ,各乡镇间发病率差异无显著性 ,男女发病率差异显著。Objective To study the variation of trend in the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of congenital hernia during the period from 1990 to 2001 . Methods From 1990 to 2000,the birth defect monitoring was carried out in Anren County. The monitored subjects were hospitalized live births. The analyses were performed using SPSS version 10.0. Relations between categorical variables were examined using the chi-squared test. Results The incidence rate of congenital hernia during the period from 1990 to 2000 was 8.58‰. The variation in the incidence was significant(χ2=47.74,P<0.05). There was no significant difference among towns (χ2=1.282,P>0.05). The incidence is as high as 13.96‰ in males and 1.46‰ in females with significant difference(χ2=217.81,P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of congenital hernia during the period from 1990 to 2000 was higher than that of the whole nation. There was a significant variation in the trend of congenital hernia in Anren County. There was a significant difference between males and females.
