当归根提取物和心得安治疗血吸虫性肝纤维化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨当归根提取物治疗血吸虫性肝纤维化门脉高压症的效果。　方法　建立日本大耳白兔血吸虫性肝纤维化PHT模型后 ,随机分为 2个处理组和 1个对照组 ,以肝纤维化血清学指标及组织病理学改变观察干预疗效。　结果　当归根提取物组于 12周时透明质酸显著低于对照组 ;3组家兔肝组织在处理后病理切片观察 :第 12周肝纤维化程度心得安处理组与对照组间无显著差异 ,而当归根提取物组显著低于心得安处理组与对照组。　结论　当归根提取物抗纤维化作用明显优于心得安 ,而无心得安的副作用。Objective To study the treatment effects of angelica roots to portal hypertension of schistosomal liver fibrosis. Methods Rabbits infected with S.japonicum were formed as PHT model of schistosomal liver fibrosis. The serological and pathological tests were detected periodically for 2 treated groups(angelica roots group and propranolol group) and control group respectively. Results Values of hyluronic in angelica roots group was significantly lower than control group in 12 wk. The pathological lesions of S.japonicum liver fibrosis from angelica roots group were significantly lower than propranolol group and control group, while there was no significant difference between propranolol group and control group in 12 wk. Conclusion The anti-fibrosis effects of angelica roots is significantly better than propranolol while there is no negative effect as propranolol.
