乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌的临床疗效,并探讨其机制。方法:将100例肺癌患者随机分为乾坤胶囊组(胶囊组)、化疗组和化疗加胶囊组(综合组)。从临床症状、免疫指标、血象、生活状态(Karnofsky 评分标准)、体重及 p53蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达等方面进行了前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:胶囊组总有效率94.12%,综合组总有效率90.91%,均明显高于化疗组57.85%(P<0.01或,P<0.05)。显示乾坤胶囊能明显改善肺癌患者症状、增加体重、有效地提高生存质量、提高细胞免疫功能、降低 p53及 PCNA 阳性细胞数。结论:乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌疗效确切,其作用与调节免疫功能、抑制 p53及 PCNA 的表达有关。Objective:To observe clinical,therapeutic effect of Qiankun Capsule on lung cancer and to study on the mechanism.Methods:100 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into Qiankun Capsule group(capsule group),chemotherapy group and chemotherapy plus capsule group(combination group).Their clinical symptoms,immune indexes,blood picture,life state(assessed with Karnofsky criteria),body weight,and expression of p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)were compared. Results:The total effective rate of 94.12% in the capsule group and 90.91% in the combination group were significantly higher than 57.58% in the chemotherapy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),indicating that Qiankun Capsule can significantly improve symptoms,increase body weight,effectively enhance quality of life,raise cellular immune function,decrease number of p53 and PCNA positive cells in the patient of lung cancer.Conclusion:Qiankun Capsule has a definite therapeutic effect,which is related with regulation of immune function and inhibition of expression of p53 and PCNA.
