摘　　要：对65例左侧精索静脉曲张的病例,术前经过多普勒声像法及选择性逆行静脉造影,观察回流,扩张,功能不全。应用自制弹簧钢丝圈栓子经导管介入精索静脉内。使血流减慢,形成血栓,阻塞血管而达到治疗目的。65例随访2～3年,60例治愈,4例显效,无复发及后遗症,弹簧钢丝圈栓子可自制,效果满意,值得推广。65 cases with spermophlebectsia were treated in our hospital Before operation. all this patients were examined by Doppler ultra sound and selective retrograde intravenous catheter-angiography. The reflux, dilation and dys function of the spermatic veins were observed. We used the spring steel loop embolus the spermatic vein through catheter, in order to slow down the blood current, to form embolus and to obstruct the spermatic Vein. All the procedures were done under the guidance of the X-ray. Frollow up sfudies isere made in 65 patients during two to three years. Among them, 60 were cured, 4 got remarkadle effect, no nearrence, no segula. Steel wire loops could be made by ourself and the effect is satisfied. It's a valuable method to be recommended.
