左心耳增大及降主动脉左移对风湿性二尖瓣病变的诊断价值(附112例X线平片分析)

摘　　要：本文对112例风心和11例非风心的分析,我们认为:左心耳增大对风湿性二尖瓣病变具有特异的诊断价值;降主动脉左移对判断左心房增大是有帮助的。The avficle concerned of correlative analysis of 112 cases of the rheumatic heart disease and 11 nonrheumatic patients with left atrial enlargement. Authors pointed out that the left atrial appendage enlargement has specific diagnostic value of rheumatic mitral valve disease. The left side displacemen of descending is helpful to estimate the left atrial enlargement.
