摘　　要：作者1988年初以来采用单纯导管注入国产泛影葡胺行选择性支气管造影40例。本文总结手术、病理证实36例。其中2例同时以导丝行活检,均取得良好效果。需手术者可及时手术。经导管注入造影剂方便易行,同时以导丝行活检更优越。作者分析不同疾病的影像特点。Selective bronchography by catheterization was performed in 36 cases, using 76 percent of Meglumine Diatrizoate.The image showed good visualization, with low percentage of adverse effect, it does not delay the early operation, and the manipulation is simple.It was easy to introduce the catheter into the select bronchus and inject the contrast medium. At the same time, biopsy was taken in 2 cases by the guide wire. Author analyzed the imageologic particularitives of various diseases.
